Proposed Development <br /> Based on a review of the Site Plan drawing dated December 6, 2025 and revised January <br /> 2, 2026, prepared by Victor Lopez, P.E, of LPZ Engineering, the site is proposed to be <br /> developed with a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom accessory dwelling unit (ADU). <br /> 1.1.3. Site Vicinity <br /> The northern and western adjoining property (11121 North Alpine Road) consists of <br /> agricultural land. The eastern adjoining property (11280 and 11292 North Alpine Road) <br /> consists of single-family residences, agricultural land, and Wallom Field Airport. The <br /> southern adjoining property (11033 North Alpine Road) consists of a single-family <br /> residence and agricultural land. A detailed vicinity and topographic map are included in <br /> Appendix A (Exhibit 1). <br /> 1.1.4. Site Map <br /> A site diagram map is included in Appendix A (Exhibit 2).
