THEY FOUND HAIRS IN THEIR FOOD FOR THE <br /> SECOND TIME. BOTH TIMES, THEY ORDERED BREADED CHICKEN AND EGGS. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> GM is on site this date and is aware of the complaint. <br /> Per GM,food service employees wear both a hair net and a visor or cap when working in the food prep areas for 30 or more minutes. <br /> If an employee is in the food prep area for less than 30 minutes then hair is still pulled back and secured. <br /> Upon inspection this date employees are wearing hair nets and visors or caps. GM's hair is pulled back and secure (was on break <br /> upon inspector's arrival). Food items inspected in the walk-in cooler include liquid egg, shredded cheese, breakfast meat and <br /> breakfast meat blend, and the pico de gallo. No hair is observed in these food items this date.Additionally,the chicken breading <br /> station was inspected.
