4103 N. Zuckerman Road, Stockton <br /> Page 2 <br /> ii. The proposed leach field and septic tanks shall be installed 100 feet away from any waterway <br /> (SJC EHD OWTS Standard 1.5). <br /> e. Audible and visual alarms shall be functional and inspected before finalization of OWTS permit for the <br /> main pump-out tank to the leach field, 4 lift stations, and the dock holding tank (pump out at 50% <br /> capacity) (SJC EHD OWTS Standard 10.5.2). <br /> f. An annual permit to operate a package treatment plant is required (SJC EHD OWTS Standard 2.10). <br /> g. A certified operator licensed pursuant to the California Water Code, Division 7, Chapter 9, with skill to <br /> cause the package treatment plant to be operated as designed, shall be available to operate the plant <br /> (SJC EHD OWTS Standard 7.5). <br /> h. Regular Monitoring by a certified sewage plant operator is required. Analysis required may include <br /> Biochemical Oxygen Demands, Dissolved Oxygen and settleable solids of plant influents and effluents <br /> and at such other points on stream as may be necessary. Average daily flows after plant is in operation <br /> are to be determined by a reliable method (SJC EHD OWTS Standard 7.12). <br /> i.
