The Reclamation District(District)is charged with <br /> maintaining the levee system and drainage system that protects the Island from flooding. Based <br /> on our review of the IS/MND and related documents, we submit herewith Reclamation District <br /> No. 2030' comments and conditions for the proposed project. <br /> 1. Reimbursement Agreement—Applicant shall enter into a Reimbursement Agreement <br /> with Reclamation District No.2030 to cover the District's costs associated with the <br /> review plans and project documents,and for the preparation and processing of permits <br /> and agreements. <br /> 2. Entry Permit- Applicant shall enter into an Entry Permit with Reclamation District No. <br /> 2030 for contractor, staff, visitors and vendor access across the McDonald Island bridge <br /> and along the levee patrol road,to the site. <br /> 3. In-Lieu Assessment Agreement-Applicant shall enter into an In-Lieu Assessment <br /> Agreement with Reclamation District No. 2030 to reimburse the District for the project's <br /> proportional benefit of the District's annual levee maintenance,bridge maintenance and <br /> drainage maintenance costs. <br />
