Alisa Goulart <br /> August 26,2025 <br /> 4. Indemnification and Insurance—Applicant shall provide proof of insurance with <br /> deductibles and limits acceptable to Reclamation District No. 2030. Applicant shall <br /> indemnify and hold District harmless for any and all damages sustained by the <br /> Applicant's contractors, staff,visitors and vendors. Reclamation District shall be named <br /> as additional insured on all policies. <br /> 5. Levee Improvements—Applicant shall improve the levee adjacent to the project site, <br /> between approximate levee stations 245+00 to 260+00, to a minimum levee crown <br /> elevation of+12.8 feet(NAVD 88), a minimum crown width of 20 feet and a minimum <br /> 20 foot wide patrol road with 6 inches of Class II aggregate base, surfaced with a double <br /> chip seal. <br /> 6. Erosion Protection—Applicant shall supplement existing waterside rock slope protection <br /> between approximate levee Stations 252+00 to 260+00 to provide a rock blanket with a <br /> minimum thickness of 2 feet. The gradation of the rock slope protection and the <br /> placement method shall be approved in advance by the Reclamation District. <br /> 7. Patrol Road Safety Improvements—Applicant shall install safety reflectors every 100 feet <br /> at the edge of the levee crown on both sides of the levee patrol road, from the west end of <br /> the McDonald Island bridge to the project site. <br /> 8. Patrol Road Directional Si ig gage—Applicant shall install directional signage along the <br /> levee road in the format and number, and at the locations as approved by the Reclamation <br /> District. <br /> 9. Site Improvements,Grading—Entire site shall be graded to drain away from the levee. <br /> 10. Site Improvements,Parkin Stalls talls—Access to the project site shall be limited to two <br /> gated entries. All parking stalls, access to trash receptacles,access to garages, access to <br /> housing units,delivery drop off and service locations(e.g. propane, groceries, septic <br /> pumping, supplies,etc.), shall be off the interior loop road and not off the levee patrol <br /> road. <br /> 11. Site Improvements, Septic System—Applicant shall provide a geotechnical analysis,the <br /> scope of which shall be approved by the District,that demonstrates that the proposed <br /> leach fields will not degrade the stability of the adjacent levee. <br /> 12. Site Improvements, Underground Structures—No excavations, utilities,piping,conduits, <br /> underground structures, etc. shall be allowed to be installed perpendicular through or <br /> across the levee, or within the zone of influence beginning at the edge of the levee crown <br /> and extending downward at a 4 horizontal to I vertical slope. <br /> 13. Site Improvements. Fencing—Applicant shall install security fencing approved by the <br /> District, along the eastern edge of the project site along the levee road.
