Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br />community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work from those included in this approval letter and <br />the attached packet must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to commencing work. All new <br />addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Provide written notification to ustla'�.slgov.orq for the following repairs and testing (a 72 -hour <br />notice is required). Please be aware: an inspector may not be present for testing. <br />a. Verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the under dispenser containment <br />sumps (UDCs). Any potential leaks from piping and fuel filters must drain directly into <br />UDCs. <br />b. Visual inspection of the piping within the dispensers for possible leaks <br />c. Release detection equipment functionality: Verification of functionality of the release <br />detection equipment, including all sensors, must be verified to ensure monitoring has <br />been restored to meet the requirements of California Code of Regulations Title 23 and <br />California Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7. **A copy of the alarm history shall be <br />printed prior to removing the current monitoring panel and made available at the <br />time of EHD inspection. <br />4. Any individual performing UST system installation or repairs, excluding release detection <br />equipment, must: <br />1868 E.
