Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The following unit for cold storage of Potentially Hazardous Foods (PHFs)was observed over the required <br /> temperature of 41 F: <br /> -Prep cooler was observed at 65 F. <br /> PHFs are required to be stored at 41 F or below.Adjust/repair unit to maintain all PHFs at 41 F or below. Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F.(113996, 113998, <br /> 114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed several live cockroaches inside the cooler. Observed one cockroach that came out from the sliced <br /> tomatoes. Deep clean and sanitize premises. Discard all contaminated food items. Remove all cockroaches using approved <br /> methods safe for food facilities. Correct today. <br /> This mobile food facility will close and correct violations. A reinspection will be done once violations have been corrected. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin:rodents(rats,mice),cockroaches,flies.(114259.1, 114259.4, <br /> 114259.5) <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The hand soap and paper towel dispensers were empty.
