COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: Date: 07/22/2024 <br />Address: 0 Wilson , STOCKTON <br />Owner/Operator: Telephone: () - <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: CO2400251 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />Complainant states the fridge is not working inside the food truck. Complainant states because it isn't working food is <br />constantly being cross contaminated. Complainant also states that the employees are made to work in 100+ degree weather <br />with only a small fan on the ceiling of the truck <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br />closure of the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br />OBSERVATIONS: The following unit for cold storage of Potentially Hazardous Foods (PHFs) was observed at higher than the <br />required temperature of 41 F: <br />- Prep cooler was observed at 48 F <br />Discontinue storage of PHFs in this unit until it has been adjusted/repaired to maintain all PHFs at 41 F or below. The PHFs <br />held less than four hours need to be transferred to a cooler at 41 F immediately. All PHFs currently at 50 F or higher and that <br />have exceeded the maximum hold time of 4-hours must be discarded. Repair cooler and text proof of correction to <br />209-561-8923. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #44 Premises: Clean/Litter Free; Vermin-Proof <br />OBSERVATIONS: Two front ceiling window screens are lacking . Maintain the outer window panels closed until the screens have <br />been installed. Replace screens to protect facility against the entry of flies and other vectors. Corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The premises of each food facility shall be kept clean and free of litter and rubbish all clean and soiled linen <br />shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from food and food-contact surfaces the facility shall be <br />kept vermin proof.
