S N J VAQ V I N Environmental Health Department <br /> x <br /> COUNT <br /> � + reorness grows Frere. <br /> COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br /> Name of Facility: Date: 12/08/2025 <br /> Address: 45 E HARDING , STOCKTON <br /> Owner/Operator: Telephone: ()- <br /> Program Element: 1600- Complaint#: CO2500743 <br /> Responsible Party Contact: <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> (C)STATES THEY HAVE VISITED THIS LOCATION ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS AND THERE IS CONSISTENTLY AN "OUT <br /> OF ORDER"SIGN ON THE BATHROOM DOOR, PREVENTING CUSTOMERS FROM WASHING THEIR HANDS. <br /> COMPLAINANT FURTHER REPORTS THAT THEY ORDERED A BEEF BURRITO WHICH WAS EXTREMELY GREASY,AND <br /> THEY BECAME ILL WITH SEVERE DIARRHEA LESS THAN ONE HOUR AFTER CONSUMPTION. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Complaint inspection. No major violations. No re-inspection. <br /> Manager unaware of complaint. No other complaints received. Neither restroom had an "out of order"sign during the inspection. <br /> Per manager, the restroom is always available for use for paying customers. The men's restroom was inaccessible at the time of <br /> the inspection due to the keypad possibly needing new batteries. Male employees will be able to use the women's restroom as a <br /> unisex restroom until the men's restroom is accessible. No male employees on site at the time of the inspection. <br /> No violations observed in regards to the beef burrito. All temperatures were in compliance in the freezer, coolers and hot holding. <br /> Hand washing stations were complete. A probe thermometer was available. Sanitizer was available and sanitizer buckets were set <br /> up.
