Due to errors of omission, the responsibility for these analyses and reports, including submitting the Hazardous Materials Business Plan and other CERS submittals, has been reassigned. A revised Hazardous Materials Inventory that addresses the observed issues was submitted on February 23, 2016. A PDF of the entire submittal is attached. As noted in the return email from CERS reprinted below, this submittal was accepted by San Joaquin County Environmental Health on February 25, 2016 and that the submitted data/documents meet state and local reporting requirements.
