Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS <br />($27,000.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.95. Said payment shal <br />be due and p_avable to the following in accordance with Health and Safety Code Chapter 6.95: <br />On or before July 1, 2008: <br />$4,500.00, to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney <br />$1,500.00, to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />$1,500.00, to the San Joaquin Office of Emergency Services <br />$1,500.00, to the City of Stockton Fire Department <br />On or before July 1, 2009: <br />$4,500.00, to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney <br />$1,500.00, to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />$1,500.00, to the San Joaquin Office of Emergency Services <br />$1,500.00, to the City of Stockton Fire Department <br />On or before July 1, 2010: <br />$4,500.00, to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney <br />$1,500.00, to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />$1,500.00, to the San Joaquin Office of Emergency Services <br />$1,500.00, to the City of Stockton Fire Department <br />Said payments shall be delivered to the Office of the San Joaquin County Office of the District <br />Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit. <br />8. Defendant has agreed to fund Environmental Training Programs in the amount of FIFTEEN <br />THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($15,625.00), as a special project, commonly <br />known as a Supplemental Environmental Projects as described below: <br />The amount of FIFTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS <br />($15,625.00), shall be provided to the California Certified Unified Program Agency (Cal CUPA Forum <br />Board) to be used by the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department, San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services, and the City of <br />3. <br />
