Complaint: <br />13.kk. Violation of CFC, Article 11, section 1103.2.4, failure to remove cut or uncut weeds, <br />grass, vines and other vegetation when determined to be a fire hazard <br />Fire Safety Inspection, July 28, 2005: <br />North End Warehouse Item No. 16 — Cut or uncut weeds, grass, vines and other <br />vegetation shall be removed when determined by to be a fire hazard. Cut and remove the <br />dry grass in the back lot. CFC, Sec. 1103.2.4 <br />Sierra Chemical Response and Action: <br />Complete <br />Cost: NA <br />Complaint (Code Reference 8003.3.1.3.4 vs. 8003.3.1.3.5) <br />13.11. Violation of CFC, Article 80, section 8003.3.1.3.4, failure to provide a gas room designed <br />to operate at a negative pressure in relations to the surrounding area and direct the <br />exhaust ventilation to an exhaust system <br />Fire Safety Inspection, July 28, 2005: <br />Gas Room Item No. 2 — Gas rooms shall be designed to: CFC, Sec. 8003.3.1.3.5 <br />(Treatment Systems), a. Operate at a negative pressure in relation to the surrounding area, <br />and b. Direct the exhaust ventilation to and exhaust system <br />Gas Room Item No. 4 — Provide seal gaskets on the man doors, fill the penetrations in the <br />walls, provide gas sensors to the exhaust, tie the roll down doors to the sensors and repair <br />the man door panic hardware. A negative pressure must be sustained in the gas room. <br />CFC, Sec. 8003.3.1.3.5 <br />Fire Safety Inspection, July 18, 2002: <br />Inside Storage Area — North 4A: Transfer of chlorine gas from one -ton cylinders to "H" <br />containers shall be conducted in an approved gas room. The following is the criteria for <br />the required gas room: A. The gas room shall be separated from the remainder of the <br />building by not less than a one-hour fire -resistive occupancy separation <br />Inside Storage Area — North 4B: Transfer of chlorine gas from one -ton cylinders to "H" <br />containers shall be conducted in an approved gas room. The following is the criteria for <br />the required gas room: B.
