First Aid Su lies: <br />Appropriate first-aid supplies have also been provided and are located throughout the facility in <br />designated areas. The master inventory of first aid materials is located in the First Aid Office, which <br />is physically located in the first floor north wall of the Production office Area. <br />Emergency Coordinator Res a sbilitlies, <br />Emergency Personnel responding to an emergency will help with and direct all rescue and medical <br />duty assignments upon their arrival on site, <br />The Plant Manager or designee will be responsible for providing head count results to the responding <br />emergency responder in charge (such as Fire Chief, Lead Defective, etc) as soon as possible after <br />the emergency responders arrive on the scene. <br />Building Reentry; <br />No employees are allowed to re-enter the facility until advised to do so by the Emergency <br />Action Plan (EAP) Coordinator and/or designee, The Emergency Action Plan (EAP) Coordinator <br />and/or designee will be responsible for coordinating reentry into the facility once clearance has been <br />granted by the emergency responders. If re-entry will not be possible, only the Emergency Action <br />Plan (EAP) Coordinator or designee can authorize evacuated personnel and other evacuees <br />(temp staff, visitors, vendors, customers) to leave the premises. <br />If anyone is injured or contaminated, the Emergency Action Plan (EAP) Coordinator or designee will <br />activate any additional rescue and first aid actions that are required. If an emergency incident <br />expands, the Emergency Action Plan (EAP) Coordinator or designee may send employees home by <br />normal means or provide them with transportation to an offsite location. <br />The rest of this page is left Intentionally blank <br />34 <br />
