Reporting Inspections <br /> • Any minor spill or discharge(less than one gallon)of petroleum product that requires the use of the <br /> spill kit to contain and abate must be documented on inspection log and reported to Maintenance <br /> Manager or Safety Supervisor within 24-hours of observed inspection. <br /> • Any major spills of known petroleum products exceeding one gallon in quantity must be documented on <br /> inspection log and reported immediately to Maintenance Manager or Safety Supervisor. <br /> • Any quantity of unknown/unmarked suspected hazardous material/waste substance identified during <br /> inspection shall be reported immediately to Maintenance Manager or Safety Supervisor. <br /> • In the event a spill of known or unknown substance that creates an unsafe environment,contact <br /> Maintenance Manager or Safety Supervisor immediately and clear personnel from area. <br /> • In the event that the Maintenance Manager or Safety Supervisor cannot be immediately contacted an <br /> altematve contact is the company's Vice President. <br /> 5.
