Specific violations <br />and required corrective actions are listed below. Failure to <br />correct the identified violations within the scheduled period <br />will result in PHS-EHD citing you for continuing/additional <br />violations. <br />I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS:. <br />1. Section 66262.34 (e)(1)(C), Article 3, Chapter 12, Title 22, <br />California Code of Regulations: Hazardous waste containers <br />used at the point of waste generation in the repair shop and <br />near the lab were not properly labeled. <br />2. Section 66262.34 (e)(1)(D), Article 3, Chapter 12, Title 22, <br />California Code of Regulations: Hazardous waste containers <br />used at points of waste generation in the repair shop were <br />not closed. <br />3. Section 66262.34 (f)(1), Article 3, Chapter 12, Title 22, <br />California Code of Regulations: Hazardous waste containers <br />located in and outside the repair shop did not have <br />accumulation start dates. <br />4.
