Section 66265.32 (c), Article 3, Chapter 15, Title 22, <br />California Code of Regulations: Adequate spill control <br />equipment and decontamination equipment were not available <br />at hazardous waste storage areas. <br />7. Section 66262.34 (a), Article 3, Chapter 12, Title 22, <br />California Code of Regulations: Several drums stored <br />outside the repair shop and in the carbon drum storage area <br />had been stored in excess of 90 days. <br />8. Section 66265.16 (a)(1), Article 2, Chapter 15, Title 22, <br />California Code of Regulations: Training records which <br />document on-the-job training for employees to ensure <br />compliance with these regulations were not available for <br />inspection. <br />9. Section 66265.16 (d)(1), Article 2, Chapter 15, Title 22, <br />California Code of Regulations: Records indicating the job <br />title for each position at the facility related to hazardous <br />waste management and the name of the employee filling each <br />job were not available for inspection. <br />10. Section 66265.16 (d)(2), Article 2, Chapter 15, Title 22, <br />California Code of Regulations: A written job description <br />for each position listed under subsection (d) (1) was not <br />available for inspection. <br />11. Section 66262.41, Article 4, Chapter 12, Title 22, <br />California Code of Regulations: A biennial report had not <br />been prepared or submitted to the State Department of Toxic <br />Substances Control (DTSC). <br />II. SCHEDULE OF CORRECTIONS: <br />Violations Within 10 days of receipt of this report, all <br />#1, #3, #4: hazardous waste containers used at points of <br />generation and in storage shall be properly <br />labeled with the following information: <br />1. The accumulation start date <br />2. The words "Hazardous Waste" <br />3. Composition and physical state of the waste <br />4.
