Jeff Kasper - 2 - 19 September 2006 <br />Port of Stockton <br />2. Martin Operating Partnership (formerly Bay Sulfur) <br />a. Figure 2 (Site Vicinity Map) and Figure 3 (Facility Details) were missing from the <br />Sulfur Management Plan and from the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. <br />Please provide these maps. The report states that Figure 3 "shows where visible <br />sulfur was removed" and that Figure 2 shows the "location of storm water drainage <br />areas, paved areas, buildings, areas of pollutant contact, existing storm water <br />structures, surface water locations, loading/unloading areas, and parking areas". <br />b. Provide a site map that clearly delineates the areas, dimensions, and depths where <br />sulfur was removed from the soil surfaces. Show the confirmation sample locations <br />and analytical concentrations that were used to determine that sulfur was <br />successfully removed from the area. Also, provide this confirmation sampling and <br />analytical data in tabular format, copies of the laboratory results, laboratory quality <br />control data, and chain -of -custody information. <br />3. H. J. Baker <br />a. Please revise Figure 2 in the SWPPP. The submitted map had blurred text and <br />drainage symbols that were indistinguishable from one another. <br />b. Provide a site map that clearly delineates the areas, dimensions, and depths where <br />sulfur was removed from the soil surfaces. Show the confirmation sample locations <br />and analytical concentrations that were used to determine that sulfur was <br />successfully removed from the soil.
