Market Street in Stockton <br /> (See Figure 1), purchased the property from Tri/Valley Growers (TVG) in 1989. <br /> Tri/Valley Growers,2600 Finch Road, removed one underground storage tank at <br /> the referenced location on June 30, 1986. San Joaquin County Health Department <br /> recently notified TVG and CFM on February 27, 1992, that additional work was ; <br /> warranted at the site because of their review ofi the water and soil analysis <br /> results. The tank in question was a 1,000 gallon gasoline tank located east of <br /> TVG's old warehouse "B." <br /> 1.1 Purpose of the Work Plan �} <br /> San Joaquin County Department of Environmental-Health Services has requested <br /> a workplan to describe the proposed work as follows: <br /> 1. A description of the soil conditions below thesite; <br /> 2.
