P.G. <br />(925) 906-9698 <br />Project QC Manager/Correspondence & Submittals Coordinator <br />Suman Sharma <br />(510) 260-6463 <br />Field Manager <br />James Medley <br />(415) 341-2250 <br />Field Quality Control Engineer/SSHO <br />Lik-See Chung, P.E. <br />(650) 504-5122 <br />A brief description of key roles is summarized below. <br />6.2.1 Corporate Project QC Manager <br />Mr. John Fleissner will ensure that appropriate resources, training, and lines of authority are <br />established, and will interface with the Project QC Manager and Project Manager to ensure <br />project needs are being met. <br />6.2.2 Project QC Manager <br />Ms. Suman Sharma will provide overall project quality control oversight, provide advice for <br />project implementation, and coordinate correspondence and submittals on QC issues with the <br />CA ARNG RPM. The Project QC Manager reports to the Project Manager and is responsible for <br />certifying that the project has been completed in accordance with the Work Plan. In the event of <br />a corrective measure being implemented, the Project QC Manager will verify that the corrective <br />action is approved by the Project Manager and has been implemented by the Field Manager. <br />6.2.3 Field Quality Control Engineer <br />Lik-See Chung, P.E., is the lead on-site person who will ensure that the project is being <br />performed in compliance with the Work Plan. No work will be performed in the absence of Mr. <br />Chung's oversight. <br />6.2.4 Field Manager <br />Mr. James Medley, will be responsible for overseeing implementation of all field activities at the <br />site, including safety, quality and production. He will maintain a physical presence at the site at <br />all times when site work is being performed and has the authority to stop work for safety <br />violations and remove personnel that fail to comply with the safety program (including <br />subcontractors). <br />OTI E 13 <br />
