Record Procedure for Wastewater Treatment <br /> Process: Waste water treatment system <br /> The following records are required by regulation <br /> 1. Treatment volume record by flow meter reading <br /> on "WASTE WATER REPORT MONTHLY TRACKING LOG' sheet <br /> (Flow meter reading shows both incoming wastewater volume and outgoing volume) <br /> Record daily (system operation day) <br /> 2. Calibration record for pH meter <br /> on "Effluent PH Recorder Maintenance/Calibration Records" sheet <br /> Record daily (system operation day), use Buffer pH 4, 7, 10 <br /> 3. Refrigerator Temperature on "Daily Composite Sampler And Temperature Log" sheet <br /> Record daily (system operation day) <br /> 4. Recording Chart (Circle chart) shall be replaced every Monday before system starts. <br /> Those records are done by maintenance (Plant superintendent for back up) <br />
