Broadway, Stockton Page 5 of 8 <br /> #21 66265.173(a) CCR— Failed to keep containers of HW closed except <br /> when adding / removing HW. <br /> At the time of both inspections, several containers were seen left open: <br /> ■ Two blue polyethylene 55-gallon drum, one containing used oil filters <br /> the other HW, both without lids, located outside the repair shop <br /> ■ One 55-gallon drum with the bung on the lid removed located outside <br /> the repair shop. <br /> ■ Two 55-gallon drums with the bung on the lid removed located at the <br /> trash pile south of the former Valley Shingle roofed-structure. <br /> Immediately close containers at all times except when it is necessary to add or <br /> remove HW. Provide documentation to this office within 30 days of this letter. <br /> #27, #30 <br /> 66262.40(a) CCR— Failed to keep signed copy of each manifest for 3 <br /> years. <br /> 25160.2 HSC — Failed to keep a copy of the consolidated manifest for <br /> 3 years. <br /> At the time of both inspections and a copy of manifests of HW and <br /> consolidated manifests were not found on site. <br /> Provide a copy of each HW manifest and consolidated manifest, and a copy of <br /> each manifest bill of lading for lead acid batteries from 2006 to 2008 to this office <br /> within 30 days of this letter. <br /> #31 66266.81(a)(4)(B) CCR — Failed to retain copy of manifest bill of <br /> lading for spent acid batteries for 3 years. <br /> At the time of both inspections, the manifest bill of lading for lead acid <br /> batteries for last 3 years were not found on site. <br /> Provide a copy of each manifest bill of lading for lead acid batteries from 2006 to <br /> 2008 to this office within 30 days of this letter. <br /> #32 25250.22(b)(1) HSC — Failed to label commingled oil filters and <br /> gasoline/diesel filters container that is designed to prevent ignition <br /> of the gasoline, "used oil and gasoline filters". <br /> At the time of both inspections, a lidless blue polyethylene 55-gallon drum <br /> containing both used oil and gasoline/diesel-commingled filters located <br /> immediately outside the repair shop were not properly labeled as "used oil <br /> and gasoline filter": <br /> Immediately label container with "used oil and gasoline filters". If the container <br /> could not be closed with a sealable lid that would prevent ignition of the gasoline, <br /> the filters must be moved to a container that can be closed and properly labeled. <br /> Provide documentation to this office within 30 days of this letter. <br />
