Based on information from the United States Department of Agriculture's Soil Conservation <br /> Service (State Soil Geographic Database), soil surface texture is listed as Delhi soil, <br /> somewhat excessively drained, loamy sand in the Class A Hydrogeologic Group which <br /> includes high infiltration rates. Corrosion potential of this soil for uncoated steel is moderate. <br /> 4. CORRECTIVE ACTION <br /> RCRA Facility Assessment (RFA) <br /> In December 2012, AGE completed a draft Phase I Environmental Assessment/RCRA <br /> Facility Assessment and Closure Report (collectively Draft Report) for the Site on behalf <br /> of the property owners Ms. Lisa Beresford and Mr. John Palimeno. The Draft Report <br /> identified seven former SWMUs where hazardous waste was used or stored and two <br /> ADCs requiring additional investigation.
