As specified in <br /> 61the schedule included as part of the RAP and after the Department' s ' <br /> 7 � approval of the final RAP for the Site in accordance with Health andl <br /> 8 Safety Code Section 25356. 1, PG&E shall submit to the Department for <br /> 9 review and approval a detailed Remedial Action Workplan for the Sitel <br /> 10containingtechnical and operational plans and engineering designs <br /> 11 <br /> for implementation of the approved remedial or removal action <br /> 12 alternative(s) , and a schedule for implementing the construction <br /> 13 phase. All engineering designs shall include detailed construction <br /> 141plans and specifications, as well as design calculations. Any <br /> 15 Remedial Action Workplan shall also describe the nature and design <br /> 16 of the construction equipment to be employed, a site-specific <br /> 17 hazardous waste transportation plan (if necessary) , the identity of <br /> 181 any contractors, transporters and other persons conducting the <br /> I <br /> lgremoval and remedial activities for the Site, post-remedial sampling <br /> 20 and monitoring procedures for air, soil , surface water and ground <br /> 21 water, operation and maintenance procedures and schedules, and shall <br /> 22 cover all of the subjects described in subparagraphs 3 . 1. 3 ' <br /> 23a. (project management) , c. (sampling) , d. (QA/QC) , e. (data <br /> 24i management) , and f. (health & safety) and Paragraph 3 . 2 (public <br /> 25iparticipation) as they pertain to the removal , remedial, and <br /> 261 operation and maintenance activities.
