Remedial Action Plan (RAP) . 9 3 . 3 . 1. Draft Remedial Action Plan. Within 90 days of Department 10 approval of the RI and FS reports, PG&E shall prepare and submit to i 11 the Department for review and approval a draft Remedial Action Plan 12 (WRAP") for the Site described in Paragraph 1. 2 which is based on 13 Le approved Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Study Reports. 14 The draft RAP shall set forth in detail appropriate steps to remedy 15 hazardous substances in air, soil , surface water and ground water at 16 the Site and adjacent areas which have been affected by hazardous 171 substances emanating from the Site. The draft RAP shall be prepared I 181in accordance with the standards and requirements set forth in 19iHealth and Safety Code Section 25356 . 1, with the exception of the i 20 , nonbinding preliminary allocation of responsibility, which shall be 21 prepared by the Department. In addition, the draft RAP shall 22 : contain a schedule for implementation of all proposed removal and 23 , remedial actions. 24 ; 3 . 3 . 2 . Final Remedial Action Plan. Following the close of the 25 I I 30 day public comment period on the draft RAP, the RAP shall be 26revised by PG&E as needed to address significant public comments as 27 determined by the Department.
