Implementation of Final RAP. Upon Department approval of <br /> 7 a Remedial Action Workplan and schedule, PG&E shall implement the <br /> 8 � final RAP as approved in accordance with the approved Remedial <br /> 9Action Workplan and schedule. <br /> 10 3 . 3 . 5. Operation and Maintenance. PG&E shall be responsible for <br /> 11 all operation and maintenance requirements in accordance with a <br /> 12 . final RAP and approved Remedial Action Workplan. <br /> 13 ; 3 . 3 . 6. Changes During Implementation of the Final RAP. During <br /> i <br /> 141the implementation of the final RAP and Remedial Action Workplan, <br /> 15jthe Department may specify such additions, modifications and <br /> 16 revisions to the workplan as it deems necessary to protect public <br /> 17 health and safety or the environment or to implement the RAP, except <br /> 18 that if such changes require a modification in the RAP, PG&E <br /> I <br /> 191reserves its rights as set forth in Paragraph 3 . 14 . <br /> I <br /> 201 3 . 3 . 7 . Discontinuation of Remedial Technology. Any remedial <br /> 211technology employed in implementation of a final RAP shall be left <br /> 221in place and operated by PG&E until the Department authorizes PG&E <br /> 23 <br /> 1in writing to discontinue, move or modify some or all of the <br /> 24 ', remedial technology because PG&E has met the criteria specified in <br /> I <br /> 25ithe final RAP for its discontinuance or because the modifications <br /> 26would better achieve the goals of the final RAP. <br /> I <br /> 271 3 . 4 .
