I 1Workplan, and in order to prioritize activities at the Site, PG&E ,I 2 shall seek to determine if there are areas at the Site which should 3 be addressed in an expedited manner. Such areas, if any, shall be 4 treated as interim remedial measures and shall be subject to removal o actions or remedial actions as the Department determines to be 6 necessary to remove any imminent and substantial endangerment to 7 public health, welfare, or the environment or necessary to mitigate 8 the future migration of contaminants. The Department may require 9l removal or Remedial actions at the Site and specify thel 10 implementation schedule. i 11 3 . 5 . Prosect Coordinator. Within 30 days of the effective date 12 of this Order, PG&E shall submit to the Department in writing the 13 name, address and telephone number of a Project Coordinator whose 14 responsibilities will be to receive all notices, comments, approvals I 15andother communications from the Department to PG&E. 16 3 . 6 . Pro!ect Engineer/Geologist. The work performed pursuant to 17 this Order shall be under the direction and supervision of a 18i qualified professional engineer or a registered geologist in the 19 State of California with expertise in hazardous waste site cleanup. I 20 Within thirty (30) calendar days of the effective date of this 21 Order, PG&E must submit: a) the name and address of the project 22 � engineer or geologist chosen by PG&E; and (b) in order to I 23 ' demonstrate expertise in hazardous waste cleanup, the resume of they 24 ! engineer or geologist and the statement of qualifications of the 25 consulting firm responsible for the work.
