i <br /> llif the Department agrees that it would be appropriate, the <br /> 2 Department will assist PG&E in requesting review and comment by EPA <br /> 3 and the Regional Board and any other local, state or federal <br /> 4 agencies with jurisdiction over activities conducted under this <br /> o Order so that PG&E may know what actions may be necessary to fulfill <br /> 6 legal and regulatory obligations under the authorities of these <br /> 7 agencies. <br /> 8 3 . 13 . Endangerment During Imnlementation. In the event that the <br /> 9iDepartment determines that any circumstances or activities (whether , <br /> 10 or not pursued in compliance with this Order) are creating an <br /> i <br /> 11 imminent or substantial endangerment to the health or safety of <br /> 12 people on the Site or in the surrounding area or to the environment, <br /> 13 the Department may order PG&E to stop further implementation of this <br /> 14 Order for such period of time as needed to abate the endangerment. <br /> I <br /> 15 Any deadline in this Order directly affected by a Stop Work Order <br /> 16 under this section shall be extended for the term of the Stop Work <br /> 17 Order. <br /> 18i 3 . 14 . Reservation of Rights/Liability. Nothing in this Order <br /> 19 shall constitute or be construed as a satisfaction or release from <br /> 20 liability by the Department of any conditions or claims arising as <br /> 21 a result of past, current or future operations of PG&E. Nothing in <br /> 22ithis Order is intended or shall be construed to limit the rights of <br /> 231. any of the Parties hereto with respect to claims arising out of or <br /> 24relatingto the deposit or disposal at any other location of <br /> 25 substances removed from the Site.
