Date: April 3, 2003 Page 6 of 13 <br />c) Pursuant to CCR, title 22, section 66264.117(b)(1) the post -closure care <br />period shall extend 30 years from the effective date of the permit. This <br />period may be extended or shortened as provided in CCR, title 22, section <br />66264.117 (b) (2)(A) and (B). <br />d) A post -earthquake visual inspection shall be conducted by the Permittee <br />according to the following table. The inspection must take place within <br />three days of the earthquake. " COMPLIANCE SCHEDULE <br />The Permittee shall install one additional groundwater monitoring well within 10 <br />feet of the boundary of the capped HE Open Burn Treatment Facility as shown <br />on Figure 3.
