Inspection Report <br />Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories <br />Site 300 <br />Inspection date - October 28 and 29, 2003 <br />that detonation. This area treats form one waste only. <br />The last date of burn activity for 845-B was on October 23, 2003.. The waste treated was form 3. This <br />area can treat form 2, form 3 and form 4 waste. For convenience an excerpt from the Part B describing <br />each hazardous waste form has been provided in the attachments to this report (Attachment D). <br />g. Inspection Records: <br />Reviewed inspection logs for EWSF, Bldg. 883, Magazine 816, and Magazine 2. 1 also reviewed <br />inspection logs for EWTF Bldg. 845-A/B, and Bldg. 829. No violations observed. <br />h. Tiered Permitting Applications and Authorization Letters <br />N/A. <br />i. Annual/Biennial Reports: <br />Available, a brief review was conducted. <br />j. SB 14 Plans: <br />Available, LLNLS300 submitted their Waste Minimization Certification in a letter dated March 1, 2002 <br />(Attachment E). <br />k. Closure Cost Estimates and Updates: <br />This is a Federal Facility and is not subject to Financial Responsibility requirements. <br />I. Part A: <br />Available. Reviewed in the Berkeley office. <br />Two Class 1 permit modification applications were submitted to the Department on April 19, 2002, and <br />November 19, 2002.
