All personnel involved in the decontamination of the equipment have <br />been 40 hour hazardous waste certified trained. Cetifi.cates.will be <br />provided to the County Health Department. <br />9. Prior to the start of the decontamination work, barricade tape <br />will be placed around the plating area to prevent entrance <br />to the area. <br />10. There will be a on-site safety person during the decontamination, and <br />during the actual equipment removal to ensure that all safety <br />policies and procedures are adhered to. <br />11. The building will be cleaned up after the equipment has been removed. <br />12. A photograph of each piece of equipment will be taken before the work <br />has been started and after the rinsing work has been completed. <br />13. A certificate of completion will be given for each piece of equipment <br />and tagged after the work has been completed. <br />14. A copy of the certificates of completion and photographs will be <br />submitted to the County Health Department. <br />3. <br />
