Removal of hazardous wastes from equipment (if required) <br />2. Triple rinsing of equipment. <br />3_ Removal and druming of liquids. <br />PRQJWT SAVM PERSONNSI. <br />This site specific Health and Safety Plan will be enforced by the on- <br />site project manager, Steve Mueller of Omni Environmental Group. <br />His responsibilities include but are not limited to: <br />a. Maintaining safety equipment supplies. <br />b. Direct decontamination operations and emergency response <br />operations if required. <br />c. setting up work zones, markers, and signs. <br />d. Reporting any problems or infractions of safety rules. <br />SCHEWLE <br />We anticipate that the dcontamination process will take approximately <br />One (1) working day to complete. <br />we anticipate that the acutal equipment removal will take one Cl) <br />working day to complete. <br />SITE SAFETY RECOMEMATIONS' <br />Hazard Determination <br />serious Moderate X Low Unknown <br />A modified Level C to upgrade to Level C if air contaminate levels <br />exceed 5Oppm. <br />The minimum acceptable level of protection is a Modified Level C. <br />Respirators will be worn insude the plating room during the decontamination. <br />4.. <br />
