N� ISPU K <br /> Lv1 <br /> 128. Bills of lading for the recycllheg of used oil filters for the last three years were not found on site. A <br /> copy of each bill of lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all <br /> bills of lading for used oil filters for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the <br /> EHD by 11-7-11. Class II Violation. <br /> 135. The return to compliance certification documents have not yet been received for the routine <br /> hazardous waste inspection report dated July 31, 2008. The operator of the site or facility which receives <br /> an inspection report pursuant to paragraph (2) shall submit a written response to the department or the <br /> local officer or agency authorized to enforce this chapter pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 25180 <br /> within 60 days of receipt of the inspection report, or within a shorter time as the department or the local <br /> officer or agency may reasonably require, which shall include a statement documenting corrective <br /> actions taken by the operator or proposing corrective actions which will be taken by the operator, for <br /> purposes of compliance with this chapter. Correct immediately by completing and submitting the return <br /> to compliance documents to the EHD for the routine hazardous waste inspection report dated July 31, <br /> 2008. Class II Violation. <br /> 301. There is spilled oil on the shop floor next to the drum of used oil and the drum of used oil filters. <br /> There are dark oil stains on the floor throughout the shop. Facilities shall be maintained and operated to <br /> minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water <br /> which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately clean up the spilled oil and dark oil <br /> stains, and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and <br /> supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed by 11-7-11. Class II Violation. <br /> 404. Several five gallon buckets of waste solids from the parts washer and a thirty gallon container of <br /> oily sludge from the oil water separator were left open next to the parts washer. Mike Praeder states he <br /> takes this waste to the San Joaquin County Hazardous Waste Disposal Facility near the airport.
