• • <br /> 2 .5 On or about July 23, 1993 , Respondent violated Title 22, <br /> Cal. Code of Regs. , Sections 66265. 114 and 66265. 197 (a) by <br /> failing to decontaminate and close contaminated equipment, <br /> containment system components and structures, to wit: Two 150, 000 <br /> gallon storage tanks and their associated piping and equipment <br /> which were used for the containment of hazardous wastes were not <br /> closed in accordance with the closure requirements identified in <br /> Title 22, California Code of Regulations (Cal. Code of Regs. ) <br /> after J.R. Simplot discontinued the use of the tanks for <br /> hazardous waste storage and placed the tanks into other use. <br /> SCHEDULE FOR COMPLIANCE <br /> 3 . Based on the foregoing DETERMINATION OF VIOLATIONS, IT <br /> IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: <br /> 3 . 1. 1. Effective immediately, Respondent shall place the <br /> required label and information on the non-stationary container in <br /> the vehicle maintenance shop hazardous waste storage area used <br /> for the storage of mineral spirits and shall ensure that other <br /> containers used by Respondent for the storage of hazardous waste <br /> at the facility are likewise properly labelled and marked with <br /> the required information. Respondent shall complete corrective <br /> action and submit a signed Certificate of Compliance and <br /> photographs of the hazardous waste label and required information <br /> on the waste mineral spirits container in the vehicle maintenance <br /> hazardous waste storage area to the persons listed in <br /> paragraph 3 .2 within 30 days of the effective date of this Order. <br /> 3. 1.2. Effective immediately, Respondent shall develop a <br /> hazardous waste training record which incorporates all required <br /> information, including the following: <br /> 4 <br />
