Facility Name <br /> Pilkington North America, Inc. <br /> Corrective Action: Within 30 days of December 14, 2010, PNA shall submit evidence that the <br /> containers of hazardous waste are closed, except when adding or removing waste. PNA shall <br /> submit a plan to prevent reoccurrence that describes in detail the corrective actions taken to <br /> prevent reoccurrence of this violation in future. <br /> Response: On January 11, 2011, PNA submitted information showing that the containers <br /> were now closed. <br /> 3. On December 14, 2010, PNA violated California Health & Safety code section 25186.5, in <br /> that the facility disposed off "drip pads and oily contaminated absorbents" to the trash cans. <br /> Corrective Action: Within 30 days of December 14, 2010, PNA shall submit evidence that the <br /> facility is managing the hazardous waste correctly. In addition, the facility shall submit training <br /> documentation that the employees have been trained in identifying a hazardous waste. <br /> 69 of 73 <br />
