By October 3, 2013, submit to the EHD a copy of the signed off copy of the manifest or a copy of <br /> the information submitted to DTSC. <br /> 125. Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for 5-16-13, 11-1-12, 8-18-11, and 5-3-12 were not <br /> found on site. These dates were listed on the used oil drum by the Ramos Oil technician. A copy of the <br /> hazardous waste disposal record for 11-1-12 was not found on site. This date was listed on the used <br /> coolant drum by the registered hazardous waste hauler. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies <br /> of all manifests/receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have <br /> them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last <br /> three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by October 3, 2013. <br /> 127. The 2010, 2011, and 2013 disposal records for spent lead acid batteries were not found on site. <br /> During the inspection an associate from Randik Paper was on site to pick up spent lead acid batteries <br /> from the vacuum repair shop. Documentation of the spent lead acid battery core pick ups from Randik <br /> Paper from the past three years were not found on site. The generator shall retain, at the generator's <br /> place of business for at least three years, a legible copy of each manifest or bill of lading which identifies <br /> spent lead-acid storage batteries shipped to a person who stores the batteries or who uses, reuses, <br /> recycles or reclaims the batteries or their components. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests or bills <br /> of lading for spent lead acid batteries from the past three years, maintain them on site, and submit <br /> copies to the EHD by October 3, 2013. <br /> 301. The parts washer equipment inside the auto shop appears to be leaking solution and has <br /> absorbent pads on the shop floor around it to absorb the spilled solution. In the Pole Barn there are dark <br /> oil stains on the parking spot for the "Bobcat". Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize <br /> the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water which could <br /> threaten human health or the environment. Immediately clean up the dark wet, oil stains and spilled <br /> parts washer solution and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations.
