One 55 gallon container with a "Simple Green" label containing 1-2 inches of grayish liquid, which according to Mr.
Bauer was"not Simple Green" lacked a cap.
2. One 5-gallon open container full of oil soaked absorbent pads was located adjacent to the leaking Quincy Rotary
Screw Vacuum Pump noted in the previous violation.
3. One open 55-gallon container overflowing with oil-soaked absorbent pads was located in the satellite accumulation
area
4. One open red 5-gallon container, approximately 115 full of oily liquid and rags, was located adjacent to the satellite
accumulation area.
5. A small non-containerized pile (less than 1-gallon in volume) of used oily absorbent was located on the shelf of the
"mop storage" shed located adjacent to the satellite accumulation area.
All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste.
