Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil filters for 2009 were not found on site. A copy of each bill <br />of lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of lading for <br />used oil filters for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies from 2009 to the EHD <br />by December 19, 2012. <br />404. A trash can was left open in the hazardous waste storage area which had oil contaminated gloves, <br />waste liquid paint, and contaminated spill control equipment. An open five gallon bucket outside at the <br />south lot had a filter and was almost full of waste oily liquid. John Koch stated that these wastes are <br />picked up by the registered hazardous waste hauler. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at <br />all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close these containers and ensure all <br />hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br />407. At the outside south lot are two empty fifty-five gallon drums that used to contain compressor oil <br />and lack the label "empty" and the date they became empty. Containers larger than five gallons that <br />previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they were emptied and managed <br />within one year of being emptied. Immediately mark and manage all empty containers per this section. <br />605. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following <br />information: <br />1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br />2. name and address of generator <br />3. hazardous properties <br />4. physical state <br />5. composition (contents) <br />6. accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br />information.
