During the inspection the <br /> hauler was able to fax over one disposal record for used oil dated 12/22/14. Hazardous waste generators shall retain <br /> copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure <br /> on site for three years and have them readily available for review. The metals <br /> on the ground were located next to the large, open, roll up door leading outside. No precautions were observed in <br /> place to prevent the metals from blowing and being swept outside. The facility's response to the 2012 hazardous <br /> waste generator inspection stated that the facility would be handling all metal fines as hazardous waste. Facilities <br /> shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, <br /> soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment Immediately clean all hazardous metal <br /> fines from off the ground and equipment, and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations.
