AS. Reviews applications of clWany policies and the terms of the 1 agreement, and ensures <br /> that department work pra ces are in compliance. Consults with roduction Superintendent and <br /> Personnel Manager to resolve any Iabor/employee problems, respond to grievances, <br /> handle disciplinary matters, etc. <br /> 16. Reviews employee relations and initiates actions to motivate and improve teamwork and <br /> to develop a reliable, productive workforce. <br /> 17. Coordinates with production planning and sales service staff and other plant superintendents <br /> to ensure accurate and timely communication of order specifications and customer delivery <br /> needs, and to ensure the efficient flow of materials between departments. <br /> 18. When necessary, coordinates with manufacturer of cup forming equipment relative to new <br /> installation to help ensure efficient installation and start—up. <br /> 19. Oversees maintenance activities to insure that all departmental equipment and facilities <br /> are maintained in proper repair and appearance as economically as possible. <br /> 20. Oversees department operations to insure compliance with all applicable environmental <br /> regulations, coordinating with Corporate Environmental Engineer as necessary. <br /> 21. Reviews department housekeeping practices to insure that a clean plant environment is <br /> maintained. <br /> 22. Performs other similar and related duties as assigned. <br />
