f <br /> 1 <br /> a L <br /> December 19, 1990 <br /> Mr. Dave Dinius <br /> Dopaco <br /> 4545 Quantas Lane <br /> Stockton, CA 95206 <br /> RE: REPORT of VIOLATIONS and SCHEDULE of CORRECTION <br /> On October 10, 1990, Sand Joaquin County Public Health Services (PHS-EHD) conducted an inspection of <br /> Dopaco Inc. located at 4545 Quantas Lane, Stockton, CA 95206. <br /> As a result of that inspection, violation of the hazardous waste status and/or regulation were identified. <br /> Specific violation and required corrective action are listed below. Failure to correct the identified violation <br /> within the scheduled period will result in PHS-EHD citing you for continuing/additional violations. <br /> I. REPORT of VIOLATIONS <br /> A. Section 66508 (a) (2) (3), Title 22, California Code of Regulations: <br /> At the time of inspection, two 55 gallon drums containing hazardous waste were unlabeled. <br /> This was in the Off Press Make Ready Room (OMPR Room) <br /> B. Section 25123.3 (d) California code of Regulation and Section 262.34 (c) (1) (i) Title 40 of <br /> the Code of Federal Regulations: <br /> An unattended 55 gallon drum of hazardous was uncovered in the OMPR room. <br /> -o <br /> C. Section 67105 (a-e),Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations and Section 265.16 (a-e) <br /> and Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations: <br /> At the time of inspection no Health & Safety Training records were observed. Employees <br /> at this facility have not been educated in all required hazardous waste training topics. <br />
