Woodbridge Rd. Acampo, CA 95220 Program: HW <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> CLASS I, CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> 301. There are several dark spats on the dirt next to the diesel and gasoline fuel tanks where fuel has <br /> spilled. The dark stained dirt has the smell of fuel. Facilities shall be maintained and operated to <br /> minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water <br /> which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately clean up the spilled fuel and fuel <br /> contaminated dirt, and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement <br /> and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed by 2-6-12. <br /> 407. Nine drums that used to contain chemicals were not labeled empty nor marked with the date they <br /> became empty. Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be <br /> marked with the date they were emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. Immediately <br /> mark and manage all empty containers per this section. <br /> 605. Four 55 gallon drums of used oil lacked a hazardous property. The drum of hazardous waste paint <br /> lacked contents and a hazardous property. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the <br /> following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all <br /> the required information. <br /> 610. The drum of drained used oil filters lacked the description "drained" and lacked an accumulation <br /> start date. Used oil filters must be stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil <br /> filters," and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately complete the required labeling and <br /> ensure that all used ail filters are managed in this way. <br /> 703. An emergency coordinator and modified contingency plan information is lacking. There must be at <br /> least one emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures, and <br /> the following information must be posted by a phone: the name and phone number of the emergency <br /> coordinator; location of fire extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present, fire alarm; and the <br /> phone number of the fire department, unless the facility has a direct alarm. Immediately appoint an <br /> emergency coordinator and post the required information by a phone.
