• The permit shall be returned to the Company Safety Officer or Branch <br /> Safety Officer after completion of the job. <br /> • All requirements must be completed and fulfilled each time re-entry <br /> takes place for any permit to remain valid. <br /> • Failure to comply with any specified.requirements invalidates the permit <br /> and entry must be canceled or stopped immediately. <br /> 14. The Project Safety Officer is responsible for obtaining a Permit- <br /> Required Confined Space Entry Permit for all contractors (and <br /> subcontractors) and ensuring compliance with all requirements of the <br /> permit issued. <br /> • Contractors are to be informed of PACIFIC's permit and entry <br /> requirements in advance by the Project Safety Officer so that all pre- <br /> entry requirements can be completed and the entry conducted on <br /> schedule. <br /> • Contractors (and subcontractors) are responsible for the training, <br /> protection, and required safety equipment for their employees as <br /> specified in 29 CFR 1910.146.
