Tank Repairs <br /> 4.1 Compliance with Current EPA Regulations <br /> Network Property and Controls personnel and Transmission Field Operations contract all UST and <br /> associated piping repairs to the original manufacturer or to an authorized/certified representative to <br /> keep the warranty in good standing. Before the work is performed, Network Property and Controls <br /> personnel and TFO personnel report and/or obtain a permit for all proposed repairs to the local <br /> authorities having jurisdiction. <br /> After the repairs are complete, the repairs are noted in the daily log.
