Enclosed are <br />the following documents: <br />1. One ( l) copy of your original letter <br />2. One (1) set of site improvement plans <br />3. Three (3) sets of revised tank and electrical plans <br />4. One (1) set of Pisces Firestomper Automatic Fire Suppression System manufacturer's cut <br />sheets <br />5. One (1) copy of RHL Design Group, Inc.'s third -party engineering evaluation of the Bravo <br />under dispenser containment <br />6. One (]) copy of the UL listing letter for the tank sumps <br />7. One (1) copy ofthe Veeder-Root Line Leak Detection Systems Application Guide <br />The foliowing outline provides each of your comments in italics exactly as written, along with a narrative <br />response describing how each comment was addressed: <br />1. Provide documentation regarding spacing on the outside and end of the tanks after <br />determining if the excavation has stable or unstable soil. <br />Response: In unstable excavation, tanks require: Minimum 18 inches (24 inches preferred) <br />between adjacent tanks; minimum of one-half the tank diameter (5 -foot 3 -inches) from the <br />ends and sides of the tanks to excavation walls.
