4 Current copies of the financial responsibility documents were not on file with this <br /> office at the time of the July 13, 2005 routine UST inspection. Current copies were <br /> submitted on August 16, 2005. <br /> 4 Current copies of the financial responsibility documents were not on file with this <br /> office at the time of the May 24, 2007 routine UST inspection. Current copies were <br /> submitted within 30 days. <br /> Title 23, CCR 2630 (d) UST system monitoring equipment is properly located to <br /> detect a leak. All monitoring equipment used to satisfy the requirements of this article <br /> shall meet the requirements of section 2643(f) and shall be installed and maintained such <br /> that the equipment is capable of detecting a leak at the earliest possible opportunity. <br /> Additionally, all monitoring equipment used to satisfy the requirements of this article <br /> shall be installed, calibrated, operated, and maintained in accordance with section 2638. <br /> 4 Sensors were found raised 4-5 inches above the lowest point of the turbine sumps <br /> at the time of the August 19, 2004 routine UST inspection. These were relocated to <br /> the lowest point in the sump by the service technician after testing was completed. <br /> Title 23, CCR 2632 (b) Monitoring program (monitoring and response plans) is <br /> current and approved by the local agency. Owners or operators of underground <br /> storage tanks subject to this section shall implement a monitoring program approved by <br /> the local agency and specified in the underground storage tank operating permit. The <br /> program shall include interstitial space monitoring as described in subsection (c) and <br /> shall include the items listed in subsection (d). <br /> 4 Monitoring and response plans had not been submitted to this office for approval <br /> at the time of the June 11, 2004 routine UST inspection. Plans were submitted to <br /> this office on June 28,2004. <br /> � Monitoring and response plans had not been submitted to this office for approval <br /> at the time of the May 16, 2006 routine UST inspection. Plans were submitted to <br /> this office on June 16,2006. <br /> Title 23, CCR 2635 (b)(1) Spill container. The spill container shall collect any <br /> hazardous substances spilled during product delivery operations to prevent the hazardous <br /> substance from entering the subsurface environment. The spill container shall meet the <br /> following requirements: <br /> (A) If it is made of metal, the exterior wall shall be protected from galvanic corrosion. <br /> (B) It shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons (19 liters). <br /> (C) It shall have a drain valve which allows drainage of the collected spill into the <br /> primary container or provide a means to keep the spill container empty. <br /> 4 The 89 and 91 spill containers failed annual testing on August 19, 2004 and were <br /> not replaced under permit and inspection of this office until March 24,2005. <br /> Title 23, CCR 2635 (b)(2) Overfill prevention system. The overfill prevention system <br /> shall not allow for manual override and shall meet one of the following requirements: <br /> (A) Alert the transfer operator when the tank is 90 percent full by restricting the flow into <br /> the tank or triggering an audible and visual alarm; or <br /> 8 <br />
