Current copies were <br /> submitted within 30 days. <br /> Title 23, CCR 2630 (d) UST system monitoring equipment is properly located to <br /> detect a leak. All monitoring equipment used to satisfy the requirements of this article <br /> shall meet the requirements of section 2643(f) and shall be installed and maintained such <br /> that the equipment is capable of detecting a leak at the earliest possible opportunity. <br /> Additionally, all monitoring equipment used to satisfy the requirements of this article <br /> shall be installed, calibrated, operated, and maintained in accordance with section 2638. <br /> 4 Sensors were found raised 4-5 inches above the lowest point of the turbine sumps <br /> at the time of the August 19, 2004 routine UST inspection. The spill container shall meet the <br /> following requirements: <br /> (A) If it is made of metal, the exterior wall shall be protected from galvanic corrosion. <br /> (B) It shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons (19 liters). <br /> (C) It shall have a drain valve which allows drainage of the collected spill into the <br /> primary container or provide a means to keep the spill container empty. <br /> 4 The 89 and 91 spill containers failed annual testing on August 19, 2004 and were <br /> not replaced under permit and inspection of this office until March 24,2005. <br /> Title 23, CCR 2635 (b)(2) Overfill prevention system.
