It is not anticipated <br /> that the need to control or detour traffic will be required during the course of this project. <br /> 3.13 EMERGENCY RESPONSE <br /> The Emergency Response Plan can be found in Section 4.8 — "Emergency Response and <br /> Contingency Plan." <br /> 3.14 ACCIDENT REPORTS <br /> Within two working days of any reportable accident, Geofon shall submit an accident <br /> report to the City of Stockton. <br /> 3.15 SUBSTANCE ABUSE PREVENTION <br /> In order to provide a safe work environment, Geofon will enforce a Substance Abuse <br /> Prevention Program. It is not acceptable for any project employee to be intoxicated or under the <br /> influence of alcohol or controlled substance drugs while at work; to use or possess or sale <br /> controlled substance drugs in any quantity while on company/project premises; except to use <br /> medications prescribed by a physician which do not impair work performance. <br /> If the Field Supervisor or Project Manager suspects any project worker of being under the <br /> influence, that worker will be requested to submit to drug and alcohol testing. If required, <br /> random drug/alcohol testing will be performed throughout the contract duration. Whenever use <br /> or abuse of any mood altering substance (such as alcohol or other drugs) interferes with a safe <br /> workplace, appropriate action will be taken.
