Fairmont Avenue <br />Lodi, CA <br />(209)334-3411 <br />ROUTE <br />From job site, turn right (west) on State Highway 88, follow State Highway 88 to <br />Kettleman exit, exit onto Kettleman, turn right (west), follow to Fairmont Avenue, <br />turn right (north) onto Fairmont Avenue follow to 975 S. Fairmont Avenue, turn left <br />into hospital. <br />8.3 Emergency Procedures <br />The following standard emergency procedures will be used by on-site personnel. <br />The SHSC shall be notified of any on-site emergencies and be responsible for <br />ensuring that the appropriate procedures are followed. <br />Personal Injury: Upon notification of an injury, the SHSC will assess the nature of <br />the injury. If the cause of the injury of loss of the injured person does not affect the <br />performance of site personnel, operations may continue, with the appropriate on- <br />site field personnel initiating the appropriate first aid and necessary follow-up. If the <br />injury increases the risk to others, all field personnel shall move to a safe location <br />until further instructions. Activities on site will stop until the added risk is removed <br />or minimized. <br />Fire Explosion: In the event of a fire or explosion on site, the fire department will <br />be summoned. All site personnel shall assemble at the decontamination line, then <br />moved to a safe distance from the involved area. <br />
