Changes in the haza'r� assessment, considering Z l the above variables, <br /> shall be brought to the Contractor's attention. <br /> Changes in engineering controls, work practices or PPE shall be <br /> communicated to the contractor employees immediately. <br /> Workers shall be notified either through the safety meetings or site <br /> specific training by the CIH at whatever frequency is necessary to <br /> ensure the safe and efficient completion of the project. These meetings <br /> shall take place not less than once per week. <br /> 2. Upgrade or downgrade in level of personal protective equipment. <br /> Changes in ppe requirements shall be based on the factors listed above <br /> and monitoring results. The SSM/CIH shall maintain constant vigilence <br /> and implement changes up or down as necessary to protect the workers. <br /> 3. Work stoppage and/or emergency evacuation of onsite personnel. <br /> If any of the following criteria or conditions exist, the workers shall <br /> be notified by the emergency horn signal (three short blasts) to <br /> evacuate immediately to the Command Post (Work Office Trailer) . <br /> a .
