MAJESTIC TECHNOLOGIES, INC. <br /> 6.0 ORGANIZATION <br /> 6. 1 GENERAL <br /> Based on the scope of work and the project work plan ( see Section 7 . 0 ) , <br /> no to utilize a three-Person work team to <br /> Majestic Technologies . The Project Manager shall therefore also function as both <br /> the Field Supervisor and the Safety and Health Officer ( see Section 1- 0) . <br /> 6. 2 RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> 6. 2 . 1 PROJECT MANAGER <br /> The Project Manager shall represent Ma�estie Technologies. Inc. in all <br /> aspects of its work under the project contract , and shall be responsible <br /> for the followinV <br /> - Coordination of all work performed by the contractor and its <br /> subcontractors for the Project- <br /> - Serving as the lieson with Orange County General services <br /> Agency. Orange County Fire Department , and other designated <br /> agencies. <br /> - Ensuring that the safety and Health Plan (SHP) is approved <br /> by the orange County General Services Agency prior to <br /> commencement of operations. <br /> - Ensuring that all employees and subcontractors assigned to <br /> the project have been informed of, and trained in. the <br /> content of the SHP. <br /> - Ensuring that required personal protective equipment, air <br /> monitoring instruments. and other safety- related items are <br /> provided and properly utilized for the project. <br /> - Ensuring that all field personnel , including any <br /> subcontractor personnel , assigned to the project have <br /> satisfied all requirements for training and medical <br /> survelliance as specified by 29 CFR 1910. 120, and that <br /> records of training and medical approval are available and <br /> maintained for each person. <br /> Ensuring that all personnel assigned to the protect have <br /> been instructed onthe work plan, operations to be performed, <br /> known and potential hazards associated with the work, SHP <br /> requirements, proper use of required personal protective <br /> equipment , specified safe work <br />
