Emergency Medical Care <br /> First-aid equipment is available on site at the following <br /> locations: <br /> First-aid kit Office on site <br /> Emergency eye wash Office on site <br /> Emergency medical information for substances present: <br /> Substance Exposure Symptoms First-Aid Instructions <br /> Diesel, Skin irritation, irri- Move away from source of <br /> gasoline, tation of nose & throat, exposure, if symptoms <br /> waste oil drowsiness, dizziness, persist, seek medical <br /> fatigue. attention. <br /> List of emergency phone numbers: <br /> Police: 911 <br /> Fire: 911 <br /> Hospital : 911 <br /> 3. Environmental Monitoring . <br /> The following environmental monitoring instruments will be used <br /> on site at the specified intervals: <br /> Combustible Gas Indicator - upon tank removal <br /> 4. Emergency Procedures <br /> The following standard emergency procedures will be used by on- <br /> site personnel. The Foreman shall be notified of any on-site <br /> emergencies and be responsible for ensuring that the appropriate <br /> procedures are followed. <br /> Personnel Injuries in the Exclusion Zone: Contact should be made <br /> for an ambulance and with the designated medical facility (if <br /> required) . <br /> PAGE 4 OF 5 <br />
